Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation
Refund requests, subscription cancellation and consumer rights for NestCoda orders placed through nestcoda.com.
NestCoda is not yet commercially available. Live Paddle web purchasing is not open. Sandbox tests involve no real charges or real refunds.
1. Orders purchased through Paddle
Actual orders completed through Paddle are subject to the Paddle Refund Policy in effect at purchase and the relevant buyer terms. That policy explains statutory refund rights and the conditions for refunds at Paddle's discretion.
Within 14 days of the transaction date, you can use paddle.net to submit a refund request. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Eligibility, deadlines, amounts and outcomes depend on the Paddle policy and statutory rights applicable to that transaction. Statutory rights may vary by region or product; consult the official policy. This page does not promise unconditional 14-day refunds for all orders.
You can also submit a request using the support link in your purchase receipt. Have your order reference and checkout email address ready. Do not send us full card details.
2. Cancellation and refunds are different
Canceling renewal prevents future recurring charges, but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
For Paddle orders, use the subscription management link in your receipt or visit paddle.net to request cancellation. The effective date depends on the subscription management page and applicable policy.
3. Technical or product issues
If NestCoda is unusable, does not match its description or has persistent technical issues, contact zixzeus@gmail.com with your software version, a description of the issue and your order reference. We will help investigate and handle follow-up requests through the applicable purchase channel.
4. Statutory rights remain unaffected
This page provides no additional unconditional refund guarantee and does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded. If local law offers greater protection, the applicable mandatory rights still apply.
Paddle's policies may change. For completed transactions, consider the policy in effect at purchase, the order records and statutory rights.
